We were in Savannah for a couple days after our most recent book signing at the Borders store in Snellville near Atlanta. As we walked around in shirt sleeves, we couldn't help saying to ourselves, "Oh, so this is how other people spend the winter." Needless to say, we arrived home to below-zero temperatures.
While in Savannah, I did a "call-in" book club. I was approached by a library in Rocklin California whose book club members were going to be reading IMMORAL. Since I didn't have plans to be in the Sacramento area during my tour, I suggested that they could simply call me when the club was meeting, and I could chat with members and answer questions by phone.

We're home now for a few days with several events in Minnesota. Next week it's off to San Francisco and Seattle.

Yes, the weather is excellent in Georgia! I grew up in Michigan, and I do not miss the winters at all. The snow playtime was great for a kid, but now that I'm older I just can't tolerate that cold. I lived in Snellville for a few years, and now I live near Atlanta. Yesterday it was 70 degrees. It was fantastic! But we have had blizzards in March (1993) so the weather is unpredictable. I urge you to come down to Georgia again and enjoy it!
